Sterile Collagen Particles with Mupirocin IP 2 % w/w and Metronidazole IP 1 % w/w is a synergistic combination for treating infected chronic wounds.

Acting as a synergistic combination for promoting granulation in a deep infected wound. Topical Mupirocin is very effective against S.aureaus and a wide range of Gram +ve bacterial infections.It is indicated for the treatment of Gram -ve bacterial infections.

Cover with an appropriate secondary dressing or absorbent gauze dressing
